• I purchased two of these units. One is powering up a $7000 piece of Amateur Radio equipment. The other, a 100 watt high current amp,2 cd players, Tape Deck. I have noticed improvement with both units. But the unit on my high current amp,there is just something “there” in the sound of the music that is hard for me to express. It is just beutiful to my ears !! Thank you PS Audio !!!

• I was somewhat skeptical about implementing a power conditioning product, but watched the YouTube video on the Duet and decided to give it a try. I came home from the office at lunch today after it arrived to install it and found myself taking the rest of the afternoon to go back and listen to all sorts of music! The Duet amazingly improves the soundstage and clarity of my Anthem equipment. I thought it would be difficult to improve the sound quality at this price level, but the Duet provided me with a very pleasant surprise!

• "I upgraded one of my UPC-200s to a Duet and I have to say the Duet blows away the UPC-200. My system can handle lots of power and it seems I've been limited in terms of clean but unrestricted AC, because the soundstage is much larger now, and, more importantly, much less fatiguing. When I used to compare the sound with no UPC to the sound with the UPC inline (for just the amp), the former sounded more natural, so I did run the amp that way for a time, using the UPC-200 to tame my computer's AC pollution and help its sound output. • My Duet just make wonder in my system after just plugging my ATC powered speakers into it. I have tried the UPC-200 with my powered speakers before and didn't like it. The punch has gone as with all other line conditioners that I have tried. I was using the Statement SC to power the speakers from a dedicated line. I feel my system is on the bright side and I throught it may be my Krell SACD. Looking to replace it with the Ayre. Now, after plugging my speakers into the Duet, wow, all the brightness are gone, and the punches are still there. The mid is much better as well. My system has never sounded these good before!!! • Quintet is up and running! It is basically a giant version of the Duet, with more zones, and a bit more color. Very, very nice, of course. I'm really impressed with this one, actually...I can't imagine a nicer set of power ports for a home theater-type application. The other companies with products that compete with this one are going to want the hit the pub and do some hard drinking, I think. That fancy Monster power bar that you see for sale at Best Buy looks like a Yugo compared to PS Audio's new Mercedes (or BMW!), the Quintet. Great work, PS Audio.

• About a year ago I entered the world of high end electronics. This interest grew from a demonstration of the advances towards analog equipment. So I purchased a Music Hall MMF-5 turntable. Since this purchase I have been tweeking my system a little at a time and with each tweek have heard the sonic improvements. One of my tweeks was the ultimate outlet which I was very pleased with. So when you came out with the quintet I decided to purchase one. The main reason for the purchase was the true spike and surge protection for my equipment but was not prepared for what I was about to hear. The Quintet is by far the most significent piece of equipment to enhance my system to date. It has elevated the sound,depth,soundfield,and dynamics of everything pluged into it, especially the much clearer sound on my center channel speaker when in the surround sound mode. But it is most enjoyable when listening to my vinyl. It is like listening to my music for the first time. I was not aware of all I was missing if it were not for the quintet, and at $495 is an absolute bargain. On a scale of one to ten I give it a TWENTY.

• It's taken a few days, but already the Quintet is providing stunning results. Such quality (and quantity - more info!) in what is being delivered to my ears. People can use all the audiophile parlance they want (which I use too when seeking to explain and relate) in trying to express the unknowable mysteries of the two-channel universe, but in the end I think it all comes to down to feeling. In my opinion, that for me is the truest test. For if you put together a stereo that can do everything well technically, you have a great system. But if you can get to a place where the music hits you emotionally because of what you have assembled or added, then you really have a success. The Quintet is an 'emotional' addition to my system. I am big fan.

• Arrived yesterday. For a quick test, I hooked it up to my bedroom tv and cable box. Also removed the stock power cord and attached a Statement-Plus power cord. The outlet already had a power-port. Awesome! Significant improvement in picture clarity and color. Clearly very obvious. Very noticeable on some of the higher frequency channels that have usually been less than stellar. I haven't even tested sound quality really...I was already so happy. And truth be told, the cable box has a couple of old RG-59 patch cables that are not doing their part, so I will replace them with RG-6 just to feel even better about the whole thing. Thanks!
